At StrategicPoint, we encourage our employees’ efforts to give back through company-sponsored and individual volunteer activities. We also help support several organizations through corporate donations and sponsorships.

Covid-19 Response Fund

Grants, coordinated through the United Way of Rhode Island and Rhode Island Foundation, are awarded to nonprofit organizations providing direct assistance to Rhode Islanders with financial need or demonstrable hardship resulting from COVID-19. The grants aim to complement the work of public health officials by expanding local capacity to address the outbreak’s social, health, and economic impacts in the short and long term.

East Bay Food Pantry

The East Bay Food Pantry (EBFP) opened its doors to the community in August 2009 with the mission “to engage, educate and empower the East Bay in creating a hunger-free community.”  The EBFP serves over 1,000 people each month with more than 5,000 East Bay residents receiving assistance from one or more of their comprehensive Access Nutrition programs throughout the year. The Access Nutrition Initiative encompasses an innovative and award‑winning array of programs offering high quality, healthy foods and nutrition education for all of EBFP’s clients and their families.

Joyful Noise Child Development Center

Joyful Noise is a private, non-profit agency which was incorporated in 1978 and is located in West Warwick, Rhode Island. They offer several different programs for toddlers, preschool, before and after school, vacation and summer care. Joyful Noise is committed to supporting children’s development and helping to strengthen the family’s home environment by cherishing individual differences, by helping them to learn, to live and to work cooperatively, and by promoting their self-esteem.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)

JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Its goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D. JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, policy influence, and a working plan to better treat, prevent, and eventually cure T1D. As the largest charitable supporter of T1D research, JDRF is currently sponsoring more than $568 million in scientific research in 17 countries.

The Katie DeCubellis Memorial Foundation (KDMF)

The Katie DeCubellis Memorial Foundation promotes youth leadership, supporting education and generating public awareness of the dangers of drunk driving and substance abuse. In pursuit of its objectives, KDMF awards annual scholarships and has produced a video series on responsible driving. The KDMF continues to share, pay tribute to and celebrate Katie’s life. “Her life still shines…”

Rhode Island Blood Center

The Rhode Island Blood Center is the primary source of blood and blood products for the hospitals of Rhode Island while also serving customers in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Working with a variety of sponsors like StrategicPoint, the Blood Center also runs more than 1,500 mobile blood drives annually.

The United Way of Rhode Island

The United Way of Rhode Island’s mission is “Changing Lives and Strengthening Our Community.” The non-profit organization invests in education, adult training for careers, and essential basics such as housing, childcare and food availability for those in need. Its goal is to make is easy for Rhode Islanders to get help and give back.
